1.Brief an die Vereinten Nationen vom 26.11.10

Dear...,
as I happened to hit a term called "Brown's Gas" also called "HHO" or "Hydroxygas" in the internet some years ago, I found so much interesting information about an electrolytically processed gas - coming from pure water - that I made up my mind to write a book about that gas, as there was no such one in the markets before. During my studies I gathered a lot of amazing information about Browns Gas as a never ending energy source, about its properties and the many possibilities of application in industrial and private machinery and the fact that it helps saving fossil fuel by being mixed to the gasoline injected to the combustion engine. Moreover this process gives the opportunity to leave any kind of catalyst away as Browns Gas processes the internal combustion 100% perfect leaving over nearly no pollution. The measure protocols do show that.
There are many individually working private researchers who have made amazing Browns Gas generators, but the controlling technical boards of the governments don't want to have that! I really cannot understand. And many, many patents are laid down in the patent offices describing this technology. Also in the US the Browns Gas generators for cars are not accepted by the government. In Germany the controlling board of the government doesn't want to accept, although there's a safe and very well developped technology in many of that generators.

Finally, Brown's Gas can decontaminate nuclear waste, purify water and a few things more. All that you can read in my book "Browns Gas - die unerschöpfliche Energiequelle", published in german language (I'm german citizen) in July this year.

Additional information is on my website www.brown-gas-energie.de
My question is if the UN may be able to support this technology in the world as it is nearly unknown, not supported by the nations and not accepted by the scientific world up to now. However there are some small companies producing BG technology in the far east.
As the preamble of the UN Charta says:
"...to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples..." helping Browns Gas would be fulfilling this promise and a great advance to help solving the technological problems of the world in the 21st century.
I'd appreciate your answer very much.

I like to answer further questions coming up.

Yours sincerely,
Ulrich F. Sackstedt, author

Dear Sir, dear Lady,

I'm pretty disappointed about how the UN treats persons inquiring at your organization. If you had the demand to represent the people of this planet and help improve the environmental situation as you stress on different parts of your web publications then it would be very easy and joyful for you to react to any regarding inquiries and suggestions. I didn't get an answer to my first inquiry many months ago. So this is the second trial.

My intention is to direct your interest to an energy saving technology that is - up to now - mistreated, misrespected and ignored by official research in the majority of the countries, especially in the westerly ones who claim to be the top of the world research.

As author in the field of advanced energy technologies I have found that a special form of hydrogen combustion has an outstanding standard of energy saving caused by the special properties of this gas. The gas is called Browns Gas (or HHO), some call it Oxyhydrogen or Hydroxygas.
There is a big range of technical applications with this gas - not only saving energy in cars by on-board electrolysis, but in many other areas, too. Moreover by use of Browns Gas the whole catalyst technology would be no longer necessary.
My contacts to different companies in the world producing this technology for some countries and to a number of advanced scientists (engineers, inventors and physicists) do show me that there is a great backlog demand and it's really a pity that universities around the world don't want to occupy themselves with modern physical findings and results. In so far it's not illegitime to say: We are living in a kind of medieval times.

My book was published in German - as I'm a German person - and is called "Browns Gas - die unerschöpfliche Energiequelle" . The next book is in preparation and will show another couple of technologies, that are neither used as they seem to hurt the interests of the big energy producing companies. Businessmen have to leave Germany to find investors in other countries for alle these new things - isn't that a shame?
German boards recommend to have Browns Gas been tested in one of the contracted agencies - but there's no adequate proper testing technology. These organizations are not prepared for new technology. Moreover it cost the applier about 30.000 Euros to have a testing procedure made but he cannot pay as he just starts his business. And there's no help by the government and by anybody else. Isn't that shameful?

Anyhow - if the UN want to fulfil all that what they have put down in the well known declaration for the nations of the world  and want to be credible to the people, they can no longer stay where they stay.

We cannot stay in a state of ignorance and limitation bringing the environment more and more into a worst situation pretending we had no solutions for the problems. We do have them, but they aren't applied.  And all this for the interest of some rich families who rule the fate of mankind. There has to be a great change in politics and economics which goes off of the current manner sucking the last oil out of the planet. We don't really need this oil as there are far more better technologies to gain energy.
Please give your reply now to me and tell me in what way you could be able to help.
If there's no reply again I will tell this my readers in the coming books to make public what has to be made public. I trust in the UN being there for their people, not for the big money interests!

Kind regards,
Ulrich F. Sackstedt, author
